keep them in the coop for a few days, and then once they have established "home" then start pushing them out every morning after a few days of each, just make sure that they are consecutive not like every other day doing one then the other, they should have their homing instinct kicked in.
Take them out and put them in for a few mornings/nights. They will get the hang of the routine.
I was a little late going out tonight to put the girls to bed and my 6 week old chicks were already in their side of the coop waiting for me to bring dinner and close them in. I've had to herd them in each night and help them in.
