People are saying that birds who survive Ms or Carriers for life, does this mean they can pass it on to other birds.Becuase I have a few hens who managed to survive, and I have introduced SEVERAL chickens, and none of them having any breathing problems or anything.

Yes they are potentially contagious for life. Even if your birds stay healthy, they could infect other's flocks, so you should not release birds or eggs to others. So sorry you have this issue.

The only way to tell if they are carriers is by testing. Not all birds that are infected will get sick, that is why it is so difficult to eliminate.

That does not mean you have to get rid of your birds, as long as they stay healthy. It does mean that you should not sell birds or eggs for hatching unless you test your flock. You should also warn other people who keep birds not to go near your flock.
