I do this by tapping on top of the water container and food container and say " drink" or "eat" and all ten come to drink and eat. I thought i had done something wrong, since it seemed like I had to help the chicks drink out of their waterer several times a day the first few days after they arrived. I was worried that I was training them to think that they couldn't get water on their own... They come tearing out from under the ecoglow whenever I reached in to tap their waterer and it makes me wonder if they aren't getting it on their own. (I'm a nervous wreck about them today since its my first day back at the office since they arrived.)
