Confused about baby chicks. Please help!

Hello everyone's! I have a few questions. But first a little back story.i received these two black chicks 2 weeks ago. At the rime they told me they were 5 days old.
1. Are they really just shy of 3 weeks old?
2. The chick pictured alone is quite scraggly compared to her twin. You can see her pink skin. She is also pretty warm when I hold her but doesn't pant and goes under the heat lamp. Is there something wrong with her or is this normal?
3. What type of chickens are they? I was told they were Cuckoo Marans but they look nothing like the 3 week old cuckoo Marans I am finding pictures of.

1 - the bird that is primary in all photos does appear to be in that age range, yes. It appears to be all the same bird with the more developed bird just showing up in the edges, is that correct? If that is correct, a full photo of the more developed bird would help. That being said, birds of the same age can/do develop at different rates so you can have birds from the same hatch that appear very different in their feathering. 3 weeks is kind of the "so ugly they're cute" stage
2 - the warmth you are feeling is because of the more exposed skin due to the downy/more bare areas -- not concerning at all. Some broody hens will pluck the feathers from their chest/belly to expose the skin beneath and allow for direct contact with eggs they are setting as, and when this occurs reaching under and touching it will feel VERY warm. Sometimes the down sheds out before the feathers are really emerging and this can result in exposed areas.
3 - they do not appear to be cukoo marans, no. Take a nice, side profile shot that shows an entire bird tip to tail, in a natural standing position so that the legs are also shown. Take the photo in natural lighting.

Thank you so much for your response and help! I accept all information as I am new to this. They are giants if they are only 3 weeks old. If I compare how big they were when we got them to the ones I got a week later at the same age they are gigantic and develop way faster. However, I am a first time chick mommy and have no clue! so, again, I thank you for your input. The following pictures are the best I could do. I have very little natural light in that room. The yellow chick I was told was a buff Orpington. Thoughts on her as well? Thank you again for any responses.
