Help! Injured chick!!

I have 4 blue hen chicks (not sure how old but they are fully feathered) This morning one got out of the coop and 2 of my roosters attacked it. Its head is bleeding and bare, and there is a spot on its wing that is bare, what should I do?

Get some Vetracin Poultry spray from TSC spray the injured areas and remove her from the coop. Did you introduce the hens slowing to the rest of the flock? This may be why the rooster attached it. Keep her away until she is completely healed, and reintroduce her slowly.
 
I don't have any Vetracin Poultry spray is there anything else I can do for the wound until I can get some?
 
Put some antibiotic creme on it. Like neosporin without the pain relief. That poor chicken.
 
Do you have any antibiotic ointment, like equate triple antibiotic? That's what I use and then cover it with a gauze pad and wrap gently with ouchless tape. This has worked for my chickens and they heal quickly. Make sure it's in a safe place while healing.

Your chick's injury is identical to one a chick of mine received from a rooster five years ago. I documented her treatment and recovery with photos at each stage and described the treatment in precise terms.

The critical points to understand are the necessity in performing twice daily wound cleansing to keep infection at bay and to keep the wound moist to encourage tissue growth.

The Blue hen chick is doing great thanks to all you guys' help.
But I've got another problem, Thursday one of my chicks that hatched has the tip of her top beak chipped off , not sure how it happened, and she hasn't been able to eat very well. My Dad want to drill it down a little. Any suggestions or tips? I'm a little nervous since her tongue comes close to the tip of her beak.

You're sure having a run on injuries. The chick will have an easier time eating if you provide a wet mash. I would just go ahead and ferment some feed for her while you're at it. It's simple and easy and the first batch takes about three days to ferment. Go over to Feeding and Watering your Flock forum to find out how to do it if you're interested.

The beak may grow back. In fact, I would say there's a very good chance it will. Don't let anyone "drill" it or injure her further.
 
Thanks for all the help you extended to my daughter. The blue hen is doing great just about 100% healed. We filed not drill LOL the lower beak of the chick with the damage beak and it started drinking and eating on its own . Thanks again to all, chick chickey's dad
