7 month old Buff Orpington pullet always sitting/sleeping

I have a 7 month old buff orpington that just keeps sitting down and falling asleep, she makes chirping sounds and wakes up if you go up to her, this has been happening for the last day or two, she was broody but now we are worried as we have taken away the egg and she went back to where she was when we took her out of the run. I have some picture and videos.

Looks like she is broody. Just because you take the egg away doesn't mean she won't be broody.
You will either need attempt to break her broodiness or let her be for a while and see if she comes out of it.

So its okay for her to sleep ?
I got her out a few times and one of the times she looked fine then went back in with her head down leaning forward and eyes shut. I have given them sugar water, I read 1tsp per litre so they all have the sugar water right now
 
If she is not sitting on eggs and you are concerned about her, you may want to block off that area, and try to "break" her broodiness. You can search for "broody buster" here on BYC and the web and find many threads and articles on how to go about it.
The main concern is having her eat and drink, some get into a really deep "stupor" so you need to keep an eye on her.
