First Time Hatch! Help Please!

Sorry for not posting! I've been busy with my adult and teenaged ducks! The little ducky is named Precious. Like Gollum and the One Ring. He used to look into the little mirror in his crate/box/thing and give it this mischievous look, and you could totally picture him saying,"What does the humans want, Precious?" And so that's where that came from. I actually gave him to a duck raising lady, because I had no little ducklings to keep him company, and he was getting lonely. I'm going to get him back when he's a teenager, though. Oh yeah, and I'm trying to introduce one of my adult (but pretty small) ducks to my male and female full grown pekins. Any tips? Precious is actually their child, by the way.

I usually just open the doors to my young coop to merge with the big kids. Then they can go in the coop they are used to from the yard and also explore the big side. The way I am set up right now is two coops with an aisle between. Come in from interior barn through secure door into the aisle. I have my double brooder in the aisle. Then on left side is young coop and right is adult coop. If both doors are open the lock together to join the coops and they can go out into the shared yard.

We plan on making a separate chicken yard for when we expand to breeding.
