My welsummer pullet has a somewhat odd angle to her neck, which for a while I didn't think much of. It was only yesterday that I thought maybe it was abnormal, because as I was feeding her something above her head she didnt bend her neck to look up, and would jump up with her neck in that position which was really odd to watch. Maybe I can get it on video sometime soon, but for now here are the pics of little sweet Chippy;

I guess it might be getting "worse" if its actually a thing (I'm not even sure if its a problem), because I was just looking through all the pictures of her and she was looking up at me here so I really dont know?!

Could be she is blind in one eye. I had this happen with a baby duck once, she always had her neck twisted round so she could see with her good eye. Usually a blind eye will be cloudy, but not always.

I dont know? Her eyes look ok? Ill try to test it out by showing her food. I thought one might have trouble seeing though, she always misses what she pecks at and freaks out a lot despite beng rather dominant? How can you know sometimes?

Try waving a hand on each side of her. If she spooks, then she can see. If she doesn't then she probably can't. If it's just one eye, she'll probably get along all right if the others don't pick on her. If it's both, you're going to have a hard go of it, I'm afraid. If it's not that, I couldn't say. Maybe some others can suggest.
