All chickens stopped laying eggs last few days

I have 4 chickens that are less than 2 years old and 2 that are maybe 1.5 years old. None of them have laid eggs the last two days. It is like some sort of protest. Any ideas? Nothing has changed as far as I know. Weather is nice, no stress, grazing in the yard as always.

Does it look like they are losing any feathers? Possibly starting to molt?

I thought that could be it too but no feathers and all at once? Odd.

Has there been other animals that could have spooked them coming around? Sometimes having a fox or coon snooping around will cause them to stop laying.

My original mixed breed flock of 17 are 8 months old and have been laying for 4 months on a regular basis. I then bought a new hen 11 months old and a rooster 9 months old. 4 hens went broody almost instantly and I broke 3 of them. Yes, I allowed one to give hatching a go... They (16) are due tomorrow!! Problem is 15 of my chickens stopped laying completely. I figured it was the new arrivals and they were a bit ticked off with me, but it's been 3 WEEKS NOW!! I changed their food to organic also at the same time. What is going on?!!! Help! It's APRIL and everyone else (neighbors) chickens are doing just fine. They have plenty of room in coop and I do not see any evidence of egg eating or nor do I see any snakes in the coop. Besides I collect...ed eggs 3 times a day to make sure no-one knows eggs are eatable. Lol.

PS they get 12 hours outside for sunlight, but keep in mind they've been laying since Jan with less light.

My silkies have had the weirdest egg schedule lately. They both were laying eggs really well always 1-2 a day for about the first three months that they started laying eggs and then living in Southern California our winter hit and they both stopped laying eggs, I figured it was the rain or something and then about a week later they started laying eggs again when the rain cleared up. They began to lay eggs at roughly 8 eggs a week which is slow but fine for silkie chickens. All of a sudden they stopped and started having "fart eggs" or really tiny baby eggs and then they went back to normal 8 eggs a week. For the last month or so we were getting even less, maybe 5 eggs a week between two chickens, and the weather got hot so i figured maybe thats why. Now we get maybe 5 eggs a week but I find that the weather has had some kind of impact on their egg production. They are only 13 months old and should be laying more steadily that than but to each chicken their own. We can rarely tell who layed the egg because one always is running around and one is always sitting in the coop but again we find the weather (especially if it changes quickly like SoCal throws off the egg production). My 2 Easter eggers have not layed any eggs since last week. Not sure what's going on. All the other girls are fine. We did get 5 12 week old girls but have them separated by fence and the are not in the coop together but the Easter eggers don't even seem to pay any attention to the new girls. Could this be the problem?

I don't think it will be a problem. I've always found that hens group together mainly by age. I doubt there will be any problem when you add them all together. They may just stay relatively "cliquish" but hopefully and most likely no violent problems

They may be laying out in the yard.

Free range birds sometimes need to be 'trained'(or re-trained) to lay in the coop nests, especially new layers. Leaving them locked in the coop for 3-4 days can help 'home' them to lay in the coop nests. They can be confined to coop 24/7 for a few days to a week, or confine them at least until mid to late afternoon. You help them create a new habit and they will usually stick with it. ..at least for a good while, then repeat as necessary.
