My Pullets are 7 weeks old. If it gets 37 at night should I have a light on In There? I didn't think of it til now and I had no light the past few nights but I am scared they are cold? Also is a 250 bulb OK

I wouldn't worry about it... whatever you are comfortable doing. Chickens are good at withstanding cold. If you want to, go ahead, if no they should be fine. Just don't worry about.  You're fine.

They will be fine. I recently had my 4 week old chicks outside in the coop with no heat lamp down to 18 the one night and low 20s for the next 4 or 5 nights. They did just fine. I think cold brooding them like that is good for them. Seems to have made them feather out much faster than my last group of chicks did.
