Please Help - Gosling with splayed legs

Thread Starter

I have hatched 2 Goslings and one has splayed legs and cant stand. I've tried a few attempts to keep it's legs together but it either wriggles free or just ends up on his back with his legs out straight. Will this get better on it's own (as i had a quail that did the same last year and suddenly one day it was fine) or does anyone have anything that's worked for them? I'd really appreciate some help please. Thanks!

I would post on the emergency and disease forum. I think I have read to use band aids to tape them together for a while. Hopefully someone can help that has dealt with it.
Chickens, muscovy ducks, turkeys, donkeys , goats, dogs, fish, parakeets, a parrot, and a cat.

Chickens and dogs are healing to the soul.

I brake for squirrels.

Some of my birds.
