In the Brooder
I have six red sex link (isa Browns) pullets from TSC. They are about three weeks old when I got them at a few days old they were golden with some dark stripes on the back. They featherd quickly wings and tail in a cream color and are now getting their neck/back/chest feathers in very dark red/copper color. I am wondering if and when the wing feathers would change or adult feathers would be grown to become the red color as well! I had no idea they were RSL until the dark feathers for TSC labeled them assorted pullets and I thought I'd never know until I went to the other TSC in my area and the same chicks that were labeled assorted pullets were also labeled ISA. (They are from tow line hatchery)
