Converting shed to coop

Outside and inside pics of the shed that I'm planning to keep my birds in when they're old enough. Other than cleaning out scraps from previous owner's use and securing a hole between the wall and the ground, I think that it'll do nicely. What other suggestions do you have for making this a safe, comfy home for my hens?
 
I'm doing the same project right now, converting an old shed into a new coop for my flock. My one suggestion would be plan for a lot of ventilation. If you think you have enough, add more. You won't regret it one bit.
 
Ventilation is one of my concerns. As of now, the only source of fresh air is the open doors. How are you ventilating your shed?

I am using louvered shutters as part of my wall right now. They work ok but during the winter I still had lots of problems with frost bite. I am also using fascia siding near the top of the coop over the door. It just wasn't enough.

The new shed conversion that I am working on will have a shuttered window with half inch hardware cloth over it instead of standard screen or glass. I am also planning to have hinged/shuttered ventilation at the top of the new wall we are putting in. I am partitioning off about a third of the shed for the build. The coop door is actually going to be an existing south facing window.

Right now the weather is monkey wrenching me as we have had rain at least half the day over the past 4 days. I'll see if I can't get a sketch drawn up and scan it in.

I don't have problems with summer ventilation, it's the winter that's tough.
