Our biggest pekin, tweety, was up and quacking this morning. My wife went to check on the lot of them and tweety was passed away under the ramp to their house. No obvious sign of trauma (no bites, no blood, etc) I don't know how this could've happened?! We give them fresh feed and water to drink daily. We change their swimming water daily. We check on them and interact with them multiple times a day. I just don't get it. He was fine, quacking away this morning when I went to tell them good morning. I don't get it. We would treat them to night crawlers and that's what my wife went out to do. I am devastated.
Also it should be known tweety was less than 6 months old. Probably close to 8-10 weeks old. I'm just at a loss. We have 4 more so if you have any suggestions on what may have happened or what to look for so we can avoid this again. Please feel free to leave that advice.
