I see nothing to indicate that the chick is too hot.
The way she is holding her wings out to the sides makes me think, yes she's hot

I moved the lamp back and opened a window
ill close the window before I go to bed so they don't get cold

Do you have a coop ready for your chicks? They might be better off moving in to it right now. Their heat needs should be down to no more than a 100 watt light to take the chill off the night at this stage, and in another week, after being exposed to cooler daytime temps outdoors, they can do without heat at night after they reach four or five weeks.
People seem to be so intent on keeping their chicks warm, they lose sight of the necessity to begin gradually weaning their chicks off heat starting the beginning of their second week. And remember, the only temperature to be concerned about is right under the heat source. The rest of the brooder and environment can be much cooler or even freezing for all practical purposes.
By the time chicks are the age of yours, their heat source should be producing a temp underneath of no more than 75-80F. Keeping their environment hot retards feather development and ability to harden to cooler temps.
