I would assume that any that red already are roosters. Wyandotte are trickier because the hens get pink early too. At 12 weeks though I think only roos are red. You may have to start separating them out.

At 12 weeks, ten birds in 32 square feet is pretty tight for space. Add in the hormones starting to flow from all those cockerels, and that's why you're having issues. If you're not keeping roosters, you need to go ahead and sell the males off asap.
