Thank you for allowing me to join. I grew up helping on my Grandfather's Chicken Farm (2,500 hens hand gathered 2 times a day). I finally got some land and a few grand kids and want to expose them to the joys of farm life and the fun of Chickens. I won't have a massive flock, but 6 to 9 will be plenty for them to learn responsibility for animals and the fun of farming. I look forward to reading all the posts and the information from everyone
