We just purchased our first chickens, 14 18 month old hens and 1 rooster. We are excited to join this community and learn for everyone's experiences.
 
Welcome to Backyard chickens. What breeds did you get? Are they laying for you yet? Sometimes a change of environment can put hens off and they won't lay till they feel secure.
