We have had a lot of rain and humidity the past few days. I went to feed my hens last night and noticed my poor Gladys soaked and covered in mud. The other hens were clean and dry and had been pecking on her. Gladys is the runt in her hen house. I brought her inside. Gave her a warm bath and blow dryer her. I have given her watered down Gatorade and her regular chicken feed. She is still eating and drinking well. She sits with her head tucked into her neck. And she has alot of clear sinus mucus coming out of her nose. Can a chicken get a cold? What can I do for her to help her get better? She is my favorite, I'm very partial to her. She is the sweetest friendliest hen I've ever seen. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
