Does this chicks beak need trimmed?

2 of my ee chicks have beaks that are longer on top. Is this something i take care of or is this ok?

Looks fine, just keep an eye on it :3

Ok thank you. She has wry neck and I'm hoping i can save her. Wasnt sure if the beak was a contributing factor
