My new hatch

Thread Starter

These are some of my new little chicks. All nine except for one came out "wild type" as the roo is a Grey American Game. The exception is a bright yellow chick with some black spots (see pic). I know this is an American Game Grey roo mixed with Asil, as I saw it hatch out of an egg I could identify. Any thoughts or explanations why this one chick is so different and what does it mean?
