This is my Easter egger chick Elf. I have been thinking pullet for so long but now I am starting to wonder. He or she's comb/wattles are starting to get red. He/she has black feathers on his wings and hackles. In the 2nd picture you can see he/she pointed feathers. Thanks for any replies.

Based on the photos you have, I would still have faith that she is a she. I would keep watching the comb to see if how deep of red it becomes and how large it starts to grow. I've usually gone more off of facial features of our babies than the tail feather, but that is just me.

I just read someones recent post and one of their 8 week old cockerels had a tiny comb/wattles. And his comb suddenly just got big and red. Maybe this chick is just a late blooming cockerel?

Is this your first flock? If so, I really think you need to reconsider the whole cockerel thing. Without mature hens around to beat some manners into them when they are teenagers, cockerels can be very difficult.
