help !

Hey ! my duckling (almost 7-8 weeks old) has some swelling on right side of her face just above her bill. Its almost in contact with the beak. I dont know what happened. She is kept in a v clean place and indoor so i have no idea what went wrong. I am really worried. If anyone could guide please.

Might be the beginnings of an infection - does she have a way to wash her head several times a day?

She Has a way to wash her head but she dont wash.

She needs some help. That looks like an infection. It would be best to get a vet to drain that, and get her some antibiotics.
