Not eating well

How well is she breathing? She may have a heart ailment that is not delivering enough oxygen to her comb and the rest of her body. Can you post a picture of her? Is her lower belly swollen and tight?
 




She is walking very slowly, is breathing okay, but is very lethargic and appears swollen but back end is not hard to the touch. Her comb is discolored. Is there anything I can give her?
 
Just because of her age, she may be laying internally or could have egg yolk peritonitis, cancer, or ascites. Many of these hens will walk more upright, or like a penguin, and lay down a lot. They can suffer labored breathing. They are not many treatments that can save the life of a chicken with those illnesses. I would feed her some chopped egg or tuna to coax her to eat, and try to keep her comfortable. If she has fluid in her belly, some can be removed by draining with a needle occasionally to help breathing. A vet might be of help with a diagnosis, but of course is expensive. When and if she gets too uncomfortable, I would euthanize her. Here are a couple of links about ascites and internal laying:

Well to day we did the finger in the vent to see if she was egg bound. did not feel any egg so she is not egg bound. She walks normal but very slow I let the hens out to free range today she stayed in the run would not join them. She ate a little today but not much.
