Easter Egger Gender Question by Newbie

Hello! This is my first post and I am brand new to raising chickens. We got our chicks as hatchlings. This one is approx 10 weeks old and still can't really determine the gender. Anyone have any guesses? Really praying for hen! Not allowed to have roosters where I live and I adore this baby. Didn't realize I would get so attached. They are just a different type of pet bird.

if you can get a closer picture it should help the cold is telling me roo but the single row is telling me female, I know it can be confusing but a great way to tell male from female when they have a pea comb is the 1 and 3 rule. 1 row being female 3 being male
