I have a male and female Indian fantail pigeon pair I know it's a male and female because the male is bigger and is always spinning in circles and cooing but the female doesn't seem interested I really want some squabs from them but the female isn't interested in him. I got them a week ago today …but when do u think they will mate ? when I first got them the female would always fight with the male but now she isn't does that mean she is starting to be interested in him? thank you:D

Females pigeons do not usually become sexually mature until about 6 months of age+-. Male pigeons mature about 4 months of age +-. You can expect eggs about 10 days after copulation. In other words "I DO NOT KNOW".

Did you ask how old they are? Hokum Coco makes a good point. However if they are mature but were not already paired when you bought them. You can wait at least a month or two to see any action. The process sort of takes time in that regard. Good luck.
