HELP!! Need some advise please. Chicken is egg bound.

I need some advice. My RIR hen is egg bound and Friday I soaked her in warm water and applied olive oil to her vent to help the egg pop out. I think the egg is too big to pass as her recent eggs have been huge. I put a tums in her water for some extra calcium and she has diarrhea. I could not see the egg in her vent as of last night and I plan on another warm bath when it warms up some today. Is there anything else I can do for her to help her pass that egg?
 
Ok, 1 week later without any eggs or binding, this very chicken laid this thing. I think it's a very under developed egg. Any one know how this happens and how to remedy it?
