Good job! Still looks bloody. Chick is Not ready yet but I don't have a ton of experience with broodys I'd be scared to put it back under her with all the shell broken.

Do you have an incubator?

It might only need a couple more hours to absorb that blood. Doesn't look like its to far from being ready.

Perfect!! You can keep that inner membrane from drying out by applying warm water or bacitracin (without pain reliever), petroleum jelly, or any kind of oil, like coconut or canola with a q-tip. Just don't get it on the beak/nostrils. When all the blood vessels go away then the chick should be ready. It absorbs the blood and yolk sac before trying to break out of the shell. If you have corn starch on hand you can use that if you accidentally tear the membrane and it bleeds. It will stop the bleeding.

It doesn't look to far from being ready. Check it every hour and see how it looks. Once the membrane is clear of blood vessels then it should be ready.
