Brahmas tend to be slow maturing, so he may not crow until he's over 8 months old; or he could start crowing tomorrow.

Do you know how loud it will be?

Volume of the crow and the frequency is highly variable from rooster to rooster. Some crow all day long, some hardly ever crow. And it's not something that can really be predicted. Each rooster is an individual, with his own personality.
