Hi my name is Cheri and Im from Washington state. Im new to chickens but have found them quite addicting. I started with some French Black Copper Marans 1 roo and 4 pullets (I hope im suspicious of one) that are now about 11 weeks old and looking beautiful. Then I went to the feed store and fell in love with 14 baby chicks yep.... i said 14 fuzz butts. Oh boy! I got some barred rock, silver laced wyandottes, easter eggers and some gold sexlinks. They are now almost a month old.
Im not sure how this happened but after getting the fuzz butts i convinced myself that i needed yep needed some Cream legbars so...... I ended up getting 1 roo and 4 pullets and they are simply adorable !! Needless to say my husband has been a chicken coop and brooder builder lately lol. He loves the chicks so much too that we went and bought an incubator and 2 dozen fertile eggs that are due to hatch May 1st. So....with that My name is Cheri and im officially addicted to chickens !

Here are some pics of my FBCM. I bought 1 roo and 4 pullets but one of the pullets has me worried that she might be a he. Im not good at telling them apart while younger yet so not for sure. They are from Greenfire farms recent imported ones that are supposed to have the better coloring ect. Please tell me whatcha guys think.

I am not familiar with the breed but, with that comb, not much tail feathers and thick legs, I would consider him a cockerel wanna- be.. You can post photos at "what breed or gender is this," please give his age at time of photo - that is important in making judgements.
