We have a kyuga?duck that was attacked a few weeks ago by a racoon. Some chickens were killed and the duck hens wing was ripped at the joint. We cleaned it and put it in a sling as well as gave her antibiotics. She seemed to be doing just fine other than not being able to use her wing. We went to clean it again today and discovered there is a bone is now sticking out of the joint from her body. Is there anything that could help her or is it time to humanely put her down. She is still moving around but sleeps more and im afraid we just delayed the inevitable by trying to save her in the first place. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

As far as i know ducks can live happy lives with broken wing(s). Exposed bone is at risk of infection. You may be able to get a prescription for antibiotic and anti-inflammatory meds from a farm vet, wildlife vet or bird vet.

If your duck has made it this far after the injury and is eating ,drinking, and acting ducky I would personally try to save them.
