Best way to eat a bantam?

We have an abundance of bantam roosters. We have eaten some in the past (cooked in the crockpot), but I wanted to know how others eat theirs. Looking for something tasty. Thanks!
 
Chicken salad, chicken stew, chicken soup, chicken and dumplings - anything where they are cooked long enough to become tender.
 
Haha! Normally, yes. Some have made me mad so it's personal now. I shall have my revenge and it will be delicious. The rest are hawk bait.

I'd skin 'em, and try cooking in a hot air popper.
