Help! Newly hatched chick with leg and feet problems.

This baby hatched in the middle of the night and has some leg and feet issues. I know what to do for the crooked toes but I'm not sure about his legs. It doesn't seem like like splay leg to me compared to other pics I have seen. One leg is completely straight and won't bend. Anyone that can help?









 
My only idea would be to try physical therapy. Wiggle the leg around little by little each day to see if any progress is made? Hopefully that will strengthen the muscle and get that leg functioning and bending.
