How do i sex my silkies?

I have silkies about 9 and half weeks old and I was wondering if anyone could identify their sex

(Juniour)


(Grey) Iv heard that females breasts are diffrent colours
(Godzilla) I believe he is a roo, he is alot bigger tha the others and he always bullys the others by grabbing their neck.
 
Silkies are one of the hardest breeds to sex and thses are just guesses so don't rely on my opinions. Arron looks to be a hen.Juniour and Grey could go either way. And Godzilla will most likely turn out a roo.

I think Godzilla is a roo - I prefer to see silkies head front, with crests held back to display any comb. It is way too early to make solid gender statements.
