Not sure what you mean by dot on the beak. It sort of looks my RIRs only a lot lighter in color, but production red is probably more likely.

It could be "hatchery" quality RIR, I say hatchery quality because chicks from hatcheries don't always match the standards for that particular breed.
 
Gotcha! I was told and sold a chick with a red dot on her beak and was told that was a RIR trait... Not sure but, that's what I meant by that. Thanks again.
