Few day old chicks have swollen vents / bleeding

Me and the kids picked up 4 chick's yesterday morning. This morning when i checked on them, two of them had blood on there butts. The other chick's would not stop pecking at the vents. The pecking may be the cause for the bleeding im not sure. I don't know what to do next or what the cause of this condition is. I tried calleding the person i bought the chicks fro but they did not answer.

I cleaned the area with water and put some Neosporin on them. I have devided the brooder for now
 
When mine had pasty butt and I cleaned her bottom, the others started pecking her vent. What I did was put a generous amount of Rooster Booster Peck NO More on her bottom. When they went to peck her after that they only pecked her ONCE. They hated the smell so much they wiped their beaks and didn't peck again! It worked GREAT! You can get it at ANY feed store. My girls bottom was able to heal nicely. The peck no more has tea tree oil in it which helps prevent infection as well. I'd get some if you can. I don't think the ingredients would hurt her prolapse but it would depend on how far she is prolapsed and what exactly is prolapsing. Maybe place the peck no more AROUND the prolapse to be safe.

Honestly, I think your brooder may be a bit too small, and too warm all closed up like it is. It's very difficult to get a proper cool zone in plastic tub brooders like that. Only the space directly under the heat source should be at the 'target' temp, the cool zone should be at least 20* cooler. Overcrowding and overheating tends to lead to pecking issues.
 
Okay, Thats a thought. I'll move them over to somthing larger.

I picked up some probiotic to add to the chick water today from Tractor Supply. I also picked up antibiotic for poultry I'm not sure which one of these I need to give to my chicks if any
