Moving my tractor. Where do I put my hens?

I am totally new to caring for chickens. We have 8 acres so the obvious choice for us was a chicken tractor. I built one and it is extremely easy to move. I can jack it up and move it by myself in 10 minutes. The question I have is what do I do with the hens while I'm moving the coop. At first, I planned to do it during the day but the coop elevates quite a bit and I'm a little afraid one or all of them might escape or that I might run over one of them. My thought is that I will move the coop in the evening after I shut them up in the house. They will be drowsy and hopefully not too freaked out by the movement of the tractor. My property is quite level and the coop moves fairly smoothly.

I just have four! Here is one checking out the new digs.

I wish I had better photos of my work in progress. I made them out of an old go kart. They are similar to some wheels I've seen that have an axle that swings forward for the coop to rest on. These wheels swing forward individually and there is a little stop block that keeps them in place. I use an old jack which just fits under the back end to raise it up.

Or in the morning before you open the pop door.
Nice wheels, any details on how they were built?

That is what we do with ours; move the tractor before we let them out in the morning. Just make sure that if there is water in the coop that you take it out first.
