Swedish Flower Hen Thread Anyone?

Swedish Flower Hen

An extremely rare breed not only in North America but the world. I love their great variety of colours, no two birds look alike. They will vary in looks because they have not been bred to conform to a standard but were left to roam free in Sweden with the strongest birds adapting to the conditions and reproducing.

Not only are they beautiful (their native name means bloom hens), they are very hardy and have the perfect personalities for the backyard flock, independent but love human companionship. Eggs are tinted (tan) and hens are prolific layers of extra large eggs. I just love theses chickens.

Here are some pictures.

Would give life to save any animal, even a fly!

Loves chickens, Gardens, animals, being alone, tiny spaces, Is a veterinarian and so much more!

Just wants to make the world a better place, also wants to live off of solar panels, rain water, and what nature will give me!
