I have twenty one day eggs , but today is day 16 and they are peeping , they are in a egg turner, should I turn the turner off or leave it until the 18th day. Hep me , I don`t want my hatching chicks to get hurt
 
Day 16 is rather early for them to be peeping but if you can hear them I would go ahead and take them out of the turner. The first 14 days of incubation are the most critical for developing embryos. By day 14 they should be fully formed.
Do you know what date you set them?
