You are probably right about it being a pullet.And speaking of individual differences, sexing being an art more than a science as well as some BR chicks with confusing traits, here are two PULLETS. Yup, both pullets, but being hatchery stock, definitely all over the place as far as color. The light one produced a lot of sons in her life, and she was about as light as any of them were. Lexie and Ivy started my love of BRs years ago.
Amazing and beautiful. I learn so much more from you Guys than reading articles alone. I don't remember the hatchery but they were sold as BR. I say pullet. I have some really white looking ones...Update: my BR in question is now 8.5 weeks old and here are the new pictures. I know the darker one is definitely a pullet
