I need chick help and quick please

Ok so I got 10 chicks and one was weak and died. I now have 9 chicks. One is separated with something on to help splayed leg, but it is weird. This one chick can stand, but as soon as she tries to walk she fall onto one side. The same side. Please help. :/
 
Luckily now I named her Millie. Not just that,she was talking. I could hear her from another room chirping and that's pretty big, because earlier she was saying nothing. She also is jump running across her little area. She is separated, but should I keep her like that. Thank you.
 
Yay Millie (the chick) is doing better. I took her out of her little box and showed her to my silkies (they are older so they don't live with the baby ones). She walked over to where she is usually and she pushes up against it, so I put her in. She drank some electrolyte and is now eating food. She is now moving (some what slowly), but she is looking much better and happier. :D:D:D I am so happy, I cried when I saw it.
 
Now it is a couple days later and Millie is running around and is doing a lot better. Thank you though. :D:D:D:D:):):D. Yay
