Red and swollen under eye also watery eye please help

A few weeks ago i had a chick who had a watery eye and was sneezing we gave all the chicks oxyteteracyclin and it went away well about a week ago the same chicks eye started watering again but no sneezing its also red and swollen and nothing is working im thinking possible eye infection or something to do with her mouth idk i try to keep it clean and ive put saline salution which helps for a few min. any suggestions greatly appreciated

@casportpony should I start back up oxytet?she got better the first time ive been trying to clean it and put saline in her eye but its difficult
 
You could either run a course of oxytet, but I would consider giving the chick Tylan50 injectable, but use it orally 1/4 ml by mouth twice a day for 5 days. I would also get some Terramycin eye ointment and use it in the eye twice a day. You also may want to get the chick tested for MG before starting the meds.
