Bulge on chickens breast?

My 4 week old chicken who I have had since a week old, has a bulge on her breast. Not sure if it is just from eating, or should I be concerned?

Are you sure that it's not her crop?
 
I read up on it, it may be. New to this chicken ownership. Always worry when something new arises.
