All hens have stopped eating!!

I need help! I have three laying hens that are all laying eggs but I there food intake has decreased dramatically! In the morning when i would let them out they would all run to there food bowl but now neither of them go to it. They just walk around it and scratch for it. Is it because it's getting hotter? In the mornings it isn't hot only in the afternoon. Will they not eat stale tasting food? There some pine shavings in it from them scratching but not much. What could be the cause of them not eating as much? I'm getting concerned? I never see them eat
 
If they are free range, the hens may be finding all the food they need. If they look and act healthy and are still laying eggs they probably are fine.
