Me too, I think it was just a bad hatch and I don't think you could have saved it. It was just one time everything went wrong

he went peacefully shortly after I put him on the table. It wasn't long before he became cold and appeared to fall asleep. I left him to die in peace and when I returned this afternoon he lay exactly where I left him, didnt move a bit. So I suspect it was fairly quick and not much suffering. Rip my little chickie.

Here's a pic of the 2 Russians. Floppy is doing better and running around today. I love how puffy and fluffy their faces are!

I am currently on an international search for the following breeds. If you have any information on either of these breeds PM me Immediately!!

thanks! Yeah me too. I hate it when the chicks die. It's heartbreaking.

I've got a new question. My incubator outlet failed on me today and the Temps dropped to about 87* before I saw it wasn't running. Idk how long it took to get there because this was right as I woke up this morning. So it was off who knows how long.

Are all my other eggs dead now??

That's not too cold, I would say they might be alright because the hen has to get off them to do her business. So how old are they?

I'd candle them, but they will probably be ok. How are the cute chicks doing?
