Hoping this is a roo

I hatched out some eggs and don't need any roosters, but a co worker is actually wanting one, so I have the opportunity to rehome one this weekend. My chicks are only 5.5 weeks old, but she wants a young cockerel. Is it pretty safe to say this is a roo?

At 5 weeks, yes, that is a cockerel.
