The usual culprit is high protein diet. Let's start there. Can you provide specifics on what feed you've had them on?

Yes we started them on the nature wise meatbird crumble when they were still babies. Than we moved them outside about 1 month ago and since than we mixed 1/3 layer feed 1/3 meatbird and 1/3 of crushed grain my boyfriend gets from his work at their farm. that's what we have been doing. But we just barely switched to the pellets only about 5 days ago.
At 2 weeks ducks should be switched from a 20% protein down to around 16% protein. You should not be feeding them meatbird food at all. way to high of protein. You can still help correct the problem. I've never done it but I've seen posts on here about it if you want to look it up.
