What kind of ducks are these?

I know the one is a mallard but im unsure of what the black and the grey ones are?

The best way to tell is through development, seeing as the "mallard" is as big as the other ducklings(and if it is the same age) it is most likely a rouen. This is a prime example of how the eye stripe test is not 100% accurate. There still is a chance that it could be a mallard and is just maturing very quickly, but just watch it and if it is still just as big as the other ducks by 5 weeks it is most likely a rouen.

Could it just be bigger because it's a male or would it still be smaller then the other ducks?
 
No it doesn't work like that,gender has very little to do with the rate of growth. Sorry, but there is a chance that it could still be a mallard that is just maturing a lot more quickly than usual. As I said before by 5-6weeks if it is still just as big as the others it is probably a Rouen

OK thanks. We'll we love him/her already so no worries there. Just irritated that tractor supply weren't upfront with us. Thanks again for your help. :)
