2 month old pekin dying?

Well, he was taking it pretty hard the first few days. I learned how NOT to integrate ducks. For the last couple of days I've slowly begun to add ducks to his pen. I've got some really bully drakes, so the first one I added was the female (I am trying to find more females). She gave some attitude but has settled down and they chum along together. So, my thought was that in a few days, I introduce one of the males, a less dominant one. I have been looking and looking for more females, I can't believe how rare they are. :(
