One of my chickens is lethargic and almost acting like she has died. When I pick her up she looks fine she has a soft abdomen, so I don't think she is egg bound. I did give her some calcium just to be on the safe side. I checked for bugs and mites and didn't see anything, when I picked her up she pooped on me of course, it looks normal light and dark in it.
she's about 3 years old and the only other thing that happened recently is a skunk got into our chicken coop! none of the chickens were hurt and the skunk will not be coming back!

Has she been wormed? What is her poop like? Is she eating and drinking ok? You could pop by the emergency section where I'm sure members will be able to help you. Here is the link ~
